Brynffo	Golygfa Epynt	+ 8.1	+ 13.5	Orange	Take this extension to the Brynffo – Esgair Fwyog trail into the heart of Crychan forest, with stunning views over the Epynt ranges. There is one short off – road section at the southern end where we advise you to walk your bikes. A link joins the Epynt Way.
Cefn Farm	Cwm Coed Oeron	7.7	12.8	Orange	Gently climb up through the lovely woodlands of Cwm Dulais, and return past the lonely farmhouse of Cwm Coed Oeron.
Halfway	Allt Troedrhiw-fer	2.4	4.0	Yellow	Follow the forest road over the waters of Nant y Dresglen before returning along the side of Allt Troedrhiw-fer. A link joins onto the Epynt Way.
